Terms of Use
Effective Date — October 14, 2026
PLEASE NOTE: Section 13 below (Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver) is a simplified starting draft only. Arbitration clauses have specific, state- and court-dependent requirements to be enforceable (conspicuous presentation, proper notice, a genuine opt-out window, and more) and real consequences for customers' legal rights. Do not publish Section 13 until it has been reviewed and finalized by an attorney licensed in the state(s) where Daboba operates.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of daboba.us (the "Site"), operated by TTimes Inc ("Daboba," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or submitting a form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Site, submitting a form, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of majority in your state of residence (generally 18), you may use the Site and place orders only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — see our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and agree not to:
-
Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
-
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
-
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or servers/networks connected to it.
-
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site, including franchise or order-related inquiries.
-
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Site without our permission.
5. Pricing
This section applies if and when the Site or an associated app offers online ordering and payment for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
-
Pricing: Menu prices may vary by location and are exclusive of applicable taxes, service fees, or gratuities unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and may cancel and refund an order affected by such an error.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including the Daboba name, logo, graphics, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to TTimes Inc and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to view the Site for personal, non-commercial use.
7. Franchise / Business Opportunity Disclaimer
This Site and any franchise sales information presented on it do not constitute an offer to sell a franchise. The offer of a franchise can be made only through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Certain states require that we register the franchise offering (or obtain an applicable exemption from registration) before offering or selling franchises in those states, and the communications on this Site are not directed to residents of any such state until we have registered the franchise (or obtained an applicable exemption from registration) in that state, and delivered the FDD to the prospective franchisee in compliance with applicable law. Submitting a business opportunity inquiry through this Site does not create any binding obligation on either party.
8. User Submissions
Any information you submit through our contact, order, or franchise inquiry forms is provided voluntarily. By submitting it, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Please see our Privacy Policy for how submitted information is used.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to or integrate third-party services (for example, social media pages, live chat, payment processors, delivery platforms, or analytics providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that information on the Site (including menu items, pricing, or store details) is always current or accurate.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TTimes Inc and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or any order placed through it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TTimes Inc harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
-
Informal Resolution First: Before filing a claim, you and we agree to try in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other — you at marketing@daboba.my, and us via the same address — for at least 30 days.
-
Agreement to Arbitrate: If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except as set out below. The arbitration will be administered by a recognized arbitration organization (such as the American Arbitration Association) under its consumer arbitration rules, before a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.
-
Class Action Waiver: You and we agree that any claim will be brought only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
-
Carve-Outs: Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies, or seek injunctive relief in court to prevent infringement or misuse of intellectual property.
-
Right to Opt Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing marketing@daboba.my within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms, stating clearly that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, disputes will instead be resolved in the courts identified in Section 14, and the rest of these Terms will continue to apply.
14. Governing Law; Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 13. Subject to Section 13, the state and federal courts located in California will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.
15. California Consumer Rights Notice
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: complaints may be directed to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Boulevard, Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

Cookie Policy
Effective Date — October 14, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how TTimes Inc ("Daboba," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on daboba.us (the "Site"), and the choices available to you.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, work more efficiently, and provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) work in comparable ways and are covered by this Policy.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use the following categories of cookies on the Site:
-
Necessary/Functional Cookies: required for the Site to operate correctly, such as remembering your session as you navigate between pages.
-
Analytics Cookies (Google Analytics): help us understand how visitors use the Site — such as which pages are viewed and how long visitors stay — so we can improve it.
-
Advertising Cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel): help us measure the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site.
3. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies are placed by third parties on our behalf. These third parties may use information about your visits to this and other websites to provide advertisements or analytics. We do not control these third-party cookies directly; they are governed by the relevant third party's own privacy and cookie policies:
-
Google Analytics — see Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy
-
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel — see Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy
4. Your Cookie Choices
You have several options for managing cookies:
-
Browser settings: Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings menu. Note that blocking some cookies may affect how the Site functions.
-
Google Analytics opt-out: You can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
-
Meta ad preferences: You can manage how Meta uses your data for ads through your Facebook/Instagram ad settings, or opt out of interest-based advertising generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
-
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we treat a GPC signal broadcast by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of your personal information.
5. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising technologies such as the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel may be considered "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under some US state privacy laws (for example, California's CPRA). If you are a resident of a state that provides this right, you can opt out by using [a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link / cookie preference center — to be added to the Site; not yet implemented], sending the Global Privacy Control signal described above, or emailing us at the address below.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use. The "Effective Date" above reflects the most recent revision.
